This was an excellent apartment. It was spacious and airy inside, and the balcony and view over the bay were fantastic.
The traffic noise from the Taff estuary bridge was intrusive. It didn't spoil our trip, but I think there should be some mention of it in the apartment details before booking. If we booked another apartment through you, I would certainly be wondering what information you were witholding.
The apartment details say that a hairdryer is included, but there wasn't one. On calling your office we were informed that we should have asked for one when we picked up the keys. I don't recall seeing that on the copious notes we received after booking, although it might have been buried away somewhere. Anyhow, you dropped one round to us straight away, so no complaints as such, it just seems a bit weird.
All in all, we had a fantastic stay. Many thanks.

While this appartment was generally of a very good standard some TLC would be well advised to secure repeat bookings and prevent the facilities from declining. Snags - one blind did not work, broken light bulbs, toilet roll holder, toilet brush, balcony would benefit from cleaning. It would be helpful to know to set the TV on AV1. Providing washing up liquid in a serviced appartment would be useful. Suggested additional equipment - paring knife and caffitier.

The apartment was in a fantastic spot and had many comfortable amenities. Unfortuantely there was only 1 saucepan, so a few more kitchen utensils would help.
A welcome pack with a map and description of the nearest grocery store etc. would be better too. Apart from that it was a great place!
