Clean, modern, well appointed flat in a quiet residential gated development but really close to the Bay and the main centre of cardiff. Good facilities, including designated parking and a gym and pool on site. it would hve been helpful to know that you provide a hairdryer and a cafetiere and we could have packed more efficiently. The flat had everything we needed except a toaster and a bedside light on the second bedside table. The bathroom could do with a bit or work - although spotlessly clean, the sink had a crack and the bath suround needs replacing.

Clean, well located apartment with good furnishing. The staff are very helpful and assisted where needed during my stay.

Excellent value for money. Spacious and clean apartments. A little bit of a walk into town (15-20mins) but you have the bonus you are near Cardiff bay.
Good customer service.
Complex has a spa which is an extra bonus.

The apartments are very nice, comfortable, clean and we are happy with facilities available. I hope to offer me in future the priority in reservation to stay in this campus during my next holiday.

A couple of light bulbs did not work, as happens in many timeshare apartments, and there was no dishcloth. The view from the mezzanine floor was great and the flat was a short walk from the Millennium Centre where we were meeting up with friends.

We really loved our short stay at the apartment - but, it would have been helpful to us to have had a microwave as we do enjoy our milky coffees. I also want to tell you that I left my curling tongs in the bedroom, I dont know if its possible for you to return them to me. Thanking you

We really enjoyed our stay, I can thoroughly recommend this for a convenient stay in Cardiff. My only slight negative comment would be that arriving late it was confusing looking for the correct building as signage is not 100% clear and the location of the parking space should be better explained but these are minor details in a truly excellent weekend. Thanks so much to the team for being so attentive and helpful. I would def. recommend this to anyone visiting Cardiff.

I was very impressed with this apartment, the cleansiness and how spacious it was. Although the bedroom lacked a cosy feel the living room was very comfortable with a large tv. Location wise the apartment was located perfectly as it was a 10 min walk to cardiff bay and 10 minute walk to the shopping centre. Also good parking space right in front of the apartment, I would definately stay there again if their is a reinvestment in the bed that squeeked quite alot!

There was no internet in the apartment even though i specifically asked for it, it was impossible to read the settings on the washing machine so could not use it. There was also no hot water in the bathroom sink or in the bath. I left the facilities early as it was so bad.

Upon our arrival we were greeted by a lovely lady who told us the in's & out's of the complex. She told us that the apartment had it's own parking space, so we drove round to it only to find another car there. The lady had explained what to do if this happens so we called the number provided on the signs with no luck at all. So we then called the emergency space in the city number as it was 8pm. The lady that answered didn't have a clue, telling us to go get a blue ticket & park anywhere. Trouble was she didnt know where the tickets were. I don't think she had a clue of the rules etc at the complex. After an awful wet drive we just wanted to get in the apartment & relax. So we just parked our car in the space next door & left a note in it explaining why we were parked there. Also upon reading the welcome pack I did find a few bits missing from it, such as a comment from & a pen to fill it in if it was there & another section was missing. Apart from that everything was lovely.

I found the apartment to be clean. However the carpet was badly stained, particularly in the kitchen area and the entire apartment needs to be repainted. The carpet in the outside areas, hallways, was in very poor condition and very badly stained and damaged. On the second night staying there we had no hot water. The lampshade for my bedside table did not work. The bedheads in both bedrooms need repair as each time you turn over in bed they knock against the the wall. I thought the apartment was overpriced, particularly as we travelled in the UK for 2 and a half weeks and the level of accommodation everywhere else paying at this price level was extremely high.

Dishwasher was full on arrival and there were only a few mugs and glasses in teh apartment
Jane Appleton, Mature couple - Posted: Tue 15th Feb 2011
The apartment was great and had everything that we needed and all was explained well. The hot water for baths ran out very quickly, other than that it was a brilliant stay and would definately do it again.

The concierge were friendly & helpful (even at 1am when we arrived). The stylishly decorated apartment was warm, clean & inviting upon arrival. The location was very quiet at night which was perfect. There are some really nice cafes, restaurants & bars along the bay which is under a 10 minute walk so that was nice not having to go directly to the city just to have breakfast. The bus service was also good & took about 15 minutes to get to Cardiff center. Taxi's were also reasonably priced at around 6GBP.
The staff at A Space in The City were superb & even called me on my mobile the next day to ask if we were OK.We were very impressed with the overall service & I would go back again because of that!;-)

We requested a one bedroom apartment but was upgraded to a two bed apartment overlooking the River Taff. The apartment was well decorated and was very clean. It had great gym facilities and also a pool. We had an amazing stay and will definately be returning.

The Century Wharf two bed gold appartment was great for a long weekend in Cardiff. The location is very good within the Bay and with good access quickly into the centre of Cardiff either on foot (15mins) or by car or bus ( frequent service)
The appartment was of a high standard, was very clean on arrival and had a great balcony which we were able to use !!
Access to the Leisure complex was also good - again very clean and not busy
Only minor downside was a few lamps / blubs missing - but very trivial issue.
Would be happy to recommend and will be staying there again
anne from taunton, With friends - Posted: Fri 25th Jun 2010
excellent overall.
some very small details:it would have been nice to have a new sponge/scourer in the kitchen, as no one in their right mind would have used the grotty old ones left under the sink, some washing up liquid and a cafetiere or coffee maker of some kind. However these are minor details and apartment very well appointed for a short city break. i.e. 'It did what it said on the tin'

Very well equipted and a well managed set up for the appartment.
Very happy with apartment but there was a smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom. It seemed as though the soap tray may have been used as an ashtray. Other than that no problems at all
