We have stayed in Cardiff with acityabode before. Our appartment was in Nice building. It was slightly smaller than when we were in Dubrovnik building. The Sky TV was good and easy to use. Broadband speed varied but over all it was handy for checking emails and looking for local places to eat and things to do.

We were very pleased with the apartment on the whole, and loved having a view of the river from the windows.
However, we would have preferred to have two comfortable chairs rather than only one 2-seater sofa. When we wanted to talk or read rather than watch TV it was not so good only being able to sit side-by-side on the sofa.

I arrived on Sunday and the company the representative was ind enough to wait and show us things around.
When I needed additional kitchen items it was brought within 30 minutes with pleasant attitude.
the apartment was spacious, fully equipped with high quality accessories.
the river and sea view was awesome, the terrace in the penthouse was out of this world.
Location was also fantastic near the Wales Millennium centre and Cardiff bay.
this was my second consecutive annual vacation and I would love to repeat it next year.

We found the appartment spotlessly clean, nicely furnished and well equiped. There was no noise at night which ment a good nights sleep. Thoroughly recommended, we will be using you again. No more pokey hotel rooms

Lovely apartment, clean, except for, on arrival, I found the dishwasher FULL of dirty, smelly crockery + cutlery and then a leak under the sink. The Kitchen area does need some tlc and organisation. Dirty oven tray, left in oven, dirty utensil drawer. A set of new mugs would be preferred. (there were odd ones, some very old and chipped). Other than the initial problems and the time it took me to clean up, overall I was satisfied with the apartment. My complaint was dealt with immediately and deemed unacceptable and I cannot fault the customer service. I would certainly use ACA again.

Internet wireless access was lousy. A couple of bars after moving to the second apartment. The conexion was lost about once per hour.

Unfortunately, there was some problems with the apartment we had booked and we were allocated a last minute replacement.
The apartment needed a thorough clean, there were cobwebs in all rooms and grubby and stained carpets.
TV had not been tuned in and therefore each time we switched on we had to retune and no BBC channels were found!
Door to en-suite bedroom was missing the latch and therefore would not stay shut (blowing open constantly because the window was open).

Really enjoyed our stay at the Century Wharf apartments in Cardiff. Was difficult on arrival as we could not find them at all to begin with and check-in was not as smooth as I had hoped due to heavy traffic, late arrivals, allocated parking spaces being taken and key fobs not working but apart from that apartments were fantastic. Any small problems we had were rectified very quickly. I would definitely recommend this as a good way to spend your weekend visiting Cardiff as you are free to do as much or as little as you want to.
Very easy to get to, safe, quiet and good size.water pressure in shower was not strong and decor was very 1990's ,but all in all very good.
