The apartments are modern and spacious, boasting balconies with views over the courtyard or city, and provide a stylish city centre base for any traveller.

Sleeps: 4 Bathrooms: 2 Deluxe Two Bedroom Apartment
Suitable for up to four people, this duplex apartment has a master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and a second bedroom with twin beds. There is a balcony off both bedrooms and across the lounge, overlooking the courtyard. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the living area that can accommodate two extra people at a surcharge of £25 per night or £125 per week.

This duplex apartment has a master bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and balcony with views to the Millennium Stadium, and a second bedroom with twin beds. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the living area that can accommodate two extra people at a surcharge of £25 per night or £125 per week.
Sleeps: 5 Bathrooms: 2 Duplex Two Bedroom Penthouse Apartment
This apartment has a master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom, and a second bedroom containing twin beds. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the living area that can accommodate a fifth guest at a surcharge of £25 per night or £125 per week.
The Old Brewery Quarter development offers a range of restaurants and bars, and is just a short walk from the Millennium Stadium, Cardiff International Arena (CIA) and Cardiff Castle. The city centre has a wide choice of restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife. Cardiff Central train station is just two minutes' walk away, offering local and national main line services, and the city benefits from an extensive bus network serving the city and surrounding areas. Booking Procedure
The Brewery Quarter Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
A booking deposit will be charged to your card at the time of booking. This will be £50 or 20% of the total stay, whichever is the greater. Deposits are non-refundable.
For bookings made within 14 days of arrival, or coinciding with certain events, full payment will be taken at the time of booking.
Please note that there is a 3.5% surcharge on payments made by American Express and a 2% surcharge on other credit cards. There is no surcharge for payments made by debit card.
Payment
The remainder of the payment will be taken 14 days prior to arrival.
For bookings made within 14 days of arrival, or coinciding with certain events, payment will be taken at the time of booking (see above).
Security Deposit
No additional security deposit is required, however, any incidental expenses may be charged to your credit card.

Check-in is from 12:00 and check-out is by 11:00

Brewery Quarter Apartments by A Space In The City accept the following card types: American Express, Electron, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
The initial deposit of £50 or 20% of the total stay is non-refundable.
Notice of cancellation is required at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equal to the full cost of the stay.
No refunds will be made for non-arrivals.
