Good overall but the follwing issues:
no hot water(despite using the boost)on Sunday am
light bulb missing in en-suite
no plug in bath which was very inconvenient with young child!!

Fantastic location, right opposite the Millennium Centre makes this perfect for exploring the Bay area. Apartment is very nice, with a high standard of furnishings. And a comfy bed (plus loads of bedding) is always a plus! Good service - we were able to check in early, letting us get the most of our trip. My only tiny negative is the number of towels provided - 4 medium sized ones (hair towels, to me) and a couple of hand towels doesn't really suffice for a group of 4 girls!

Very impressed!! Beautiful apartment.Very comfortable,clean,and has all home comforts.TV,DVD player and dishwasher.The added bonus was being collected from the station.My three daughters and I will certainly be returning.

Visited Cardiff to see my daughter who is at Cardiff University. Delighted with the apartment and its location - much better than a hotel as we could relax and focus on spending time together rather than meeting meal times etc. The location of the apartment was fantastic - we will be back!

We had originally booked with another company who had double booked. We then booked Quayside apartments by a space in the city. The customer service was excellent. They even checked if anyone was in our apartment the night before and allowed us to check in at 9.30am as our flight from Belfast was very early! They rang closer to our stay to leave a contact mobile number for check in. On arrival we were very impressed with the apartment. It was clean, modern and in an excellent location. I was very impressed with the finishes in the apartment. The decor was lovely and the carpets, furniture, kitchen etc was all very new and clean. From the modern corner sofa, very large tv, Wii console and dvd player, to the ipod docks in each bedroom the finishing touches were excellent. The balcony is an excellent addition. The kitchen was clean and modern with all the facilities we needed for a self catering apartment (a real home from home). the bathroom and ensuite meant we effectively had two bathrooms (which was excellent fro four femailes sharing!). Check in and check out were very straight forward. The location could not have been better and I will definately be returning to stay there. Thank you for a wonderfil stay in Cardiff bay!

As I stayed at two properties, a studio apartment for 3 days followed by a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 days when my brother arrived, it is only fair I separate both instances and review both individually.
The studio apartment (36) was very well furbished with every amenity I could have wished for. The door windows leading to the balcony did not provide sufficient natural light but the studio had more than adequate light fixtures.
The service and help from Matthew (Guest Services) before and after my arrival was excellent.
I did however express a deep concern for when my girlfriend arrived, before I did, she found that the dishwasher was full of dishes and not only that but they were still dirty, especially the pots and pans which after being pt through the dishwasher still eventually required an overnight soaking before I spent a good 15 minutes scrubbing them so that they may be usable. Needless to say this was quite annoying and created an aura of un-cleanliness in our regard to the studio. Fortunately, everything else was in tip top shape and the rest of our stay was wonderful.
Let me take this opportunity to thank the cleaners who helped me lug all mine and my girlfriend's luggage up to the 2 bedroom apartment.
The 2 bedroom apartment (40) was absolutely marvellous! The sizes of the rooms, the space, the natural light, the amenities, were all above standard and thoroughly commendable. I would also like to commend Matthew's efforts in making sure the dishes in this apartment were clean and shelved before our arrival. This made a ton of difference to the sanctity of my girlfriend’s mind, and therefore mine! We all thoroughly enjoyed the views from both bedrooms and the living room.
The bathrooms were spotless and the decor throughout the apartment, exquisite.
Those 3 days were fantastic because everything we needed was right there and ready for our use.
There was an issue with the blinds in the master bedroom but i must commend Keith for having a really good go at it and fixing it for our stay there, despite being really put in a corner with what could be done, as he explained.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at quayside apartments all due to city base apartments commendable service and will look to you again whenever I frequent Cardiff!
