Suitable for one or two people this apartment comes equipped with a double bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom.

Sleeps: 5  Bathrooms: 3 Three Bedroom Apartment
This apartment is suitable for up to five people and comes equipped with a double bed in the master bedroom, twin beds in the second bedroom and a single bed in the third.

The Paradise Street Apartments are only minutes from the Grafton Shopping Centre, which has a range of shops and restaurants plus a multi-screen cinema. The city centre is only a 5-10 minute walk away and is home to a range of attractions, including the famous University Colleges and a number of museums, parks and open spaces. The surrounding area offers many historic houses, animal collections, gardens and country parks. Cambridge benefits from an extensive bus network, allowing easy access into the heart of the city centre. The railway station is located in the centre, and offers main line services including direct links to London. Booking Procedure
The Paradise Street Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
An initial charge will be made at the time of booking:

For bookings made more than five weeks prior to the arrival date, the initial charge will be 25% of the cost of your whole stay or of the first 28 nights, whichever is the shorter..

For bookings made within five weeks of arrival, you will be charged for the whole stay or for the first 28 nights, whichever is the shorter.

Please note that there is a 5% surcharge for payments made by American Express and a 2% surcharge for payments made by other credit cards. There is no surcharge for payments made by debit card.

Payment
For bookings made more than five weeks before the arrival date, the remaining 75% of the accommodation cost will be charged four weeks prior to your arrival date.

For bookings made within five weeks of the arrival date, full payment will be taken at the time of booking (see above).

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you may be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

Cards Accepted
Paradise Street Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required 28 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations made between 14 and 28 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation charge equal to 25% of the period cancelled.
Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation charge equal to 50% of the cancelled period.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation charge equal to 75% of the cancelled period.

However, if some or all of the cancelled nights are subsequently re-booked then a reduction in the cancellation charge may be offered.

Rates shown are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%. The VAT rate falls to 5% after 28 nights- please contact us for details.
Weekly Rate: Applies to each period of seven consecutive nights.
Nightly Rate: Applies to any nights of the stay not covered by the Weekly Rate.
For example: A stay of 8 nights would be charged the Weekly Rate plus the Nightly Rate.
Rates are per apartment, and include service.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Lower rates may be available
For longer stays and relocations, it is often possible to obtain rate reductions, depending upon the availability and the length of stay. We will always do our very best to offer you the lowest available rate possible.
