This apartment has a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a second bedroom with either a king-sized bed or twin beds.

The beautiful city of Cambridge offers a range of attractions, including the famous University Colleges and a number of museums, parks and open spaces. The surrounding area offers many historic houses, animal collections, gardens and country parks. Cambridge railway station is nearby, offering main line services including direct links to London. Cambridge benefits from an extensive bus network. Booking Procedure
The Market Rise Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
For bookings made more than 28 days prior to arrival: Your card will be charged for a deposit equal to 25% of the total accommodation costs at the time of booking. If the stay is only for 2 or 3 nights then you card will be charged in full.
For bookings made less than 28 days prior to arrival: your card will be charged for the total cost of the stay at the time of booking.

Please note: A 4% surcharge applies to all payments made using American Express and Diner's Card and a 2% surcharge for using MasterCard and Visa.

Payment
For bookings made more than 28 days prior to arrival: A deposit of 25% of the total accommodation costs will be taken at the time of booking and the remaining 75% will be payable upon arrival. For stays of 2 or 3 nights, full payment will be taken at the time of booking.
For bookings made less than 28 days prior to arrival: Full payment will be taken at the time of booking.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

Cards Accepted
Market Rise Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Electron, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be received more than 14 days prior to arrival to avoid facing a cancellation charge.
Cancellations received 14 days or less prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay.

= VAT falls from the standard rate to a lower rate after 28 nights. The first 28 nights are charged at the higher rate.

Lower rates may be available
For longer stays and relocations, it is often possible to obtain rate reductions, depending upon the availability and the length of stay. We will always do our very best to offer you the lowest available rate possible.
