Great meet and greet service from Karen Goodsell, lovely welcoming touch re: breakfast provisions. Equipment slightly too fancy to be completely user friendly that is not intuitive required some reading of manuals.
Cleanliness and toiletries great, only flaws were after the house keeper went on on Monday the tea towels got taken away and not replaced therefore hard to dry dishes after that! More importantly door lock to balcony didn't work and one of the sitting rooms didn't open. ALso hard to find rooter and password for Hi-fi. Probably easier if it was on a card near the TV.
Generally though - great apartment and service. Thanks for a comfortable stay.
