We rented 2 apartments for our party of 4 adults and were very pleased to find that they were as close as possible to each other. Thank you.
As our visit was in a particularly cold spell we would have benefited from a thicker duvet or spare blanket. Otherwise everything was fine.
Especially pleased with precautions against too much noise on Saturday night.

Far to noisy at night, party goer's returning and the seagulls dawn chorus. Very limited on site parking and only NCP long stay options. If you have a car forget these appartments.
Very clean. Comfortable beds.
Never enough hot water for showering, even using booster function on tank.
Perhaps best for youngsters.
Poor company image - reception staff always seen smoking at front of building.
Advertising miss-leading - suggested car parking was included in price or at least available.
A little disapointing

The apartment was extremely clean inside with a well equiped kitchen. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. The balcony was a bit peculiar being enclosed on the outside with a brick wall covered in pigeon wire! But given the location this didn't detract from any sort of wonderful view so no great loss. The station quarter isn't very beautiful but is convenient for the station and there is a small supermarket round the corner for basic provisions. The gorgeous Gothic church St Marys Redcliffe is less than 2 minutes walk away and you are also close to the harbour area with splendid bars and restaurants and the wonderful town centre. I didn't go out in the evening so have no idea how safe the business area would feel at night. The front desk staff were charming and helpful and the apartment represents very good value for money compared to a hotel - I would certainly consider staying here again, although would want to negotiate a reduced rate for longer stays to compete with hotel discounts.

I was here for my 30th birthday with friends and would definitley stay again. Customer service was really good, very friendly and helpful staff. Only a short walk into bristol for shopping and bars, but will need a taxi if you're heading towards park street for a night out, that was only £6. Parking at the apartments I think is a bit too expensive but there is parking around the apartments if you can find a space.

Location was ideal and the walk to the city centre was about 15mins away
Parking can be tricky if you don't have a pre booked space with premier apartments (though they still charge you £12 per day)
Apartment was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Overall, the accommodation was excellent and good value for money. Minor drawbacks: a very complicated washing machine and no clothes horse (though provided on request). Having requested an extra bed/bedding, the BZ provided was of poor quality and uncomfortable.

The apartment suited us perfectly, although I had understood from the website that the parking came with the cost of the room & was disappointed. Obviously my misunderstanding. The staff were most helpful, especially over the Christmas period when everyone just wants to be home. The only problem was a few technical problems - the shower door squealed, the microwave didn't function properly & the freezer door was badly set. Otherwise, everything worked well; and the facilities suited us perfectly. Definitely recommend to others & use for our purposes again in future.

Apartment was situated close to town but on a fairly bleak street which wasn't very nice to be walking down on your own at night. Floorboards were incredibly noisy all over apartment. Generally though a nice clean apartment.

I went to Bristol for a friends reunion, the apartments were great. Great location close to city centre. Not to noisey, and brilliant for catching up with friends. Apartments are modern and basic all we needed. Definate recommend to anyone.

This was our second visit to these apartments. The only downside to the bedroom was the dust and spider webs on the walls, the bathroom was clean although the lime scale seemed to be getting out of control around the bath. We would definitely stay again and have already told our friends. One more thing, it would be nice to be able to check in before 2 if there is a room available.

Nice apartment in a huge block. Stayed on a saturday night and didn't have any disturbances. Apartment was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed.
Kitchen had all the necessary appliances and bathroom was also nice.
Overall I would be happy to return but maybe at a better price.

The apartment was lovely, clean and well looked after. We were all very impressed. It was in a great location, not far from the station and close to the centre.
I shall be recommending premiere apartments to friends and colleagues. The staff were brilliant too, the customer service was 10 out of 10.
Many thanks, Clare
I did not enjoy my stay at all. I will never recommend it to anyone.
