we needed an extra duvet at night which we requested numerous times but couldnt be provided so one of us had to sleep without one.
apart from that cant really complain would recommend to all.

Stayed with girl friends for my 40th Birthday. Fantastic location right next to the Mailbox. Apartment was superb, very clean and fully equipped. I would certainly stay there again and would recommend to all my friends. Gina on reception was very helpful.

Fantastic location but not the easiest to find as the sat nav took us to the wrong location. Only wished we had more time to spend in the actual apartement as is was of a high standard and very comfortable.

Apartment was given us unclean with empty boxes of pizza on the floor, and the office space was locked-out.
After complaining a new clean apartment was provided, however the cabled internet was not working with only average wifi available. Mattress and bedding not v comfortable.
Shame as location is good - not sure if to recommend it or not really.

Was told there were only 1 cot even though I confirmed there would be 2 twice.

We were delighted with the apartments and will certainly be looking to book them in the future. Lots of space and very comfortable. Kitchen was great even though all we cooked was coffee and coissants in the morning. ONLY NEGATIVE thing was that I booked and wrote in the room comments that I would like a double, a twin and a sofa bed. Squires didn't get this note and booked us into a 2 double bed apartment. Easily and quickly resolved but it should not have happened in the first place. Definelty book again and through citybase.

The apartment was excellent and the standard was very good. This was the first time our group had used an apartment instead of hotels and we would definately use these apartments again. The receptionist was very helpful, the rooms were clean particularly the bathrooms. These apartments are an excellent facility

Central location and I have to say excellent customer service and attention from the apartment managers who were working over our 3 night stay. However.... the standard of these apartments isn't up to scratch, hot water wasn't working, dirty carpets and broken microwave. In fairness, the site manager did upgrade us immediately to an executive suite when the water broke down, this was appreciated but a pain having to move all of our items 2 floors up. You cannot quibble with the price, however I have stayed in better 'apartment' type accommodation than this in the past. A shame as it is in a great location.
