The Spires Apartments Birmingham are located on the fashionable canal bank in the heart of the city, next to the Mailbox. This brand new development is just a few minutes walk from the city centre, National Indoor Arena and International Convention Centre.
The apartments are spacious and stylish, and with modern facilities including widescreen TV and surround sound DVD system, they make an ideal base for business or entertainment.

This apartment has a master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom, and a second bedroom with either a double bed or twin beds. It can accommodate up to four people.

Larger than the Two Bedroom Apartment, this apartment has a master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom, a second bedroom with either a double bed or twin beds, and a double sofa bed in the living area, to accommodate up to six people.
The Spires Apartments Birmingham are located next to the upmarket Mailbox development, and just a few minutes' walk from the Bull Ring shopping centre. Besides the shopping, Birmingham offers a wide range of museums, attractions and venues such as the International Convention Centre, the world famous Symphony Hall and the National Indoor Arena. Birmingham New Street Station is within walking distance and there are regular bus services to all areas of the city. Birmingham International Airport is less than ten miles away from the city. Booking Procedure
The Spires Apartments Birmingham can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.
Security Deposit
For most stays, no security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
For weekend stays (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday) a deposit of £250 will be required; this will be refunded after the apartment has been vacated and checked.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required 24 hours prior to arrival.
If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to arrival you will be charged a maximum of three days' apartment rental:
For stays of 1-6 days you will be charged for one day.
For stays of 7 or more days you will be charged for three days.
