This apartment has either two double bedrooms or one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Please state your preference on the booking request form.

The PostBox Apartments are located in the heart of the city centre, within walking distance of the Bullring shopping centre, Brindleyplace, Broad Street, the Chinese Quarter, the Jewellery Quarter and the Convention Quarter - including the ICC, Symphony Hall and NIA. The NEC, Cadbury’s World and Drayton Manor Park are all a short train journey or drive away. Birmingham New Street Station is approximately five minutes' walking distance and there are regular bus services to all areas of the city. Birmingham International Airport is less than ten miles away from the city. Booking Procedure
The Postbox Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Non-corporate bookings will not be accepted from any paying guests under the age of 18. Proof of identification and date of birth may be requested at check-in. Should this not be presented on request, The PostBox by BridgeStreet Worldwide reserve the right to cancel the booking.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).

Please Note: There is a 3% surcharge for using American Express, Diner's Club, Visa and MasterCard credit cards.

Payment
The card provided to guarantee the reservation will be charged 72 hours prior to arrival. Parking charges, if applicable, can be paid upon arrival.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

Late check-out may be possible but is subject to availability and additional charges will apply, please contact us for further details in relation to the charges.

The Postbox Apartments (BSW) accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Maestro, Master Card, Visa Credit, Visa Debit.

Cancellation Policy
For stays of 2-6 nights, notification of cancellation must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of your stay.

For stays of 7-30 nights, notification of cancellation must be received at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of your stay.

For stays of 31 nights and over, notification of cancellation must be received at least 28 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of your stay.

Guests wishing to shorten their stay after check-in should note that for stays of up to 30 nights, they will still be liable for the full stay as originally booked. For stays of 31 nights and over, 28 days notice is required and the rate may change if the stay is substantially shortened.

= VAT falls from the standard rate to a lower rate after 28 nights. The first 28 nights are charged at the higher rate.
