This apartment is similar to the Studio Apartment, but the sleeping area is separated from the living area by a partition.

Suitable for one or two people, this apartment has one bedroom with a double bed.

This apartment is set across two floors, with a double bedroom accessed via a spiral staircase.

Suitable for one or two people, the Penthouse Apartment has a double bedroom, walk-in wardrobe and an open plan living area with breakfast bar and fully fitted kitchen.
The apartments are located in the very heart of the city, a stone's throw from the Bull Ring shopping centre. From this central location, you can easily access Birmingham's wide range of museums, attractions and venues such as the International Convention Centre, the world famous Symphony Hall and the National Indoor Arena. Birmingham New Street Station is just a short walk away, providing main line services to a wide range of destinations, and there is an extensive bus network throughout the city and local area. Birmingham International Airport is less than ten miles away from the city. Booking Procedure
The Shaftesbury House Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will be charged the full amount for your stay at the time of booking.
Please note that there is a 3.35% surcharge on payments made by American Express.
Payment
Apartments will be paid for prior to arrival - see above.
Security Deposit
A security deposit equal to half the cost of the stay or £250 (whichever is greater) will be required prior to arrival and must be made by credit or debit card. This will be refunded after departure, minus any deductions for incidental expenses or damages.

Check-in is from 15.00 and check-out is by 10.30.

Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation must be received at least seven days prior to arrival. If you cancel less than seven days prior to arrival you would only be refunded subject to the re-let of your apartment. If your apartment was not successfully re-let you would stand the full charge without refund.
