Set in delightful south-facing gardens in leafy Edgbaston, these meticulously restored Victorian villas have been converted into a range of contemporary one and two bedroom apartments, each individually furnished to a high standard.
Ideally located at the city end of Hagley Road, near Five Ways, these Birmingham apartments are convenient for many offices, as well as conferences and exhibitions at the nearby ICC, and city centre shopping and nightlife.
Please note: A minimum stay requirement of 4 nights applies to all stays including Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Two Bedroom Apartments are equipped with two king-sized beds, can sleep up to four people, and have two bathrooms.
The apartments are conveniently situated for access to the Bullring shopping centre, Broad Street city centre shopping and Brindleyplace, with its range of restaurants, bars, shops and offices, . The ICC, Symphony Hall and Warwickshire Cricket Club are also just minutes away. Birmingham New Street Station is approximately ten minutes drive away, and there are regular bus services to all areas of the city. The apartments also benefit from excellent access to the M5, M6 and M42 motorways. Birmingham International Airport and the NEC are only ten miles away. Booking Procedure
SACO Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
For bookings made within seven days of arrival, your card will immediately be charged in full for the total stay.
For bookings made in advance, the card will be charged in full within seven days of making the booking.
Please note that there is a 3% surcharge on all payments made by American Express and Diners Card and a 1.5% surcharge for using Visa and MasterCard. There is no charge for using Switch/Maestro, Visa Debit or Electron.
Payment
Payment will be made in full at the time of booking or within seven days (see above).
Security Deposit
A deposit covering breakages and damages may be required at the time of booking. If a deposit is not charged, you may be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00.
Short Stay Availability
Please note that availability for stays of 2-6 nights can usually only be confirmed within 14 days of the arrival date.

SACO Apartments Edgbaston accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Electron, Maestro, Master Card, Visa Credit, Visa Debit.
Cancellation Policy
For stays of less than seven nights cancellations must be made at least seven days prior to noon on the date of arrival in order to avoid a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay.
For stays of 7 to 27 nights cancellations must be made at least seven days prior to the date of arrival in order to avoid a minimum cancellation charge of seven nights' accommodation.
For stays of 28 nights or more cancellations must be made at least 28 days prior to the arrival date to avoid a minimum cancellation charge of seven nights' accommodation.

Events: Higher rates will apply during major events, including but not restricted to: 3rd-8th October 2010.
