Set on the top two floors of the recently refurbished Rotunda building, a Birmingham landmark since the sixties, these stunning apartments combine contemporary cool with a retro touch. The apartments are located in the very heart of the city, a stone's throw from the Bull Ring shopping centre. From this central location, you can easily access Birmingham's wide range of museums, attractions and venues such as the International Convention Centre, the world famous Symphony Hall and the National Indoor Arena. Birmingham New Street Station is just a short walk away, providing main line services to a wide range of destinations, and there is an extensive bus network throughout the city and local area. Birmingham International Airport is less than ten miles away from the city. Booking Procedure
The Rotunda Apartments by Staying Cool can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
Payment
Your card will be charged on the day of arrival for the full cost of your stay.
For stays of over one month, your card will be charged monthly.
Security Deposit
A pre-authorisation of £50 may be requested to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15.00 and check-out is by 12.00.

Rotunda Apartments by Staying Cool accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival you will be charged a maximum of three days' apartment rental:
For stays of 2-6 days you will be charged for 1 day.
For stays of 7 or more days you will be charged for 3 days.
