Each of the apartments is decorated in a stunning contemporary style, featuring large fashion photography evoking the style of the sixties. The fully equipped kitchens are modern and stylish, with juicers and Gaggia espresso makers complemented by a supply of coffee, organic milk and oranges. The bedrooms are fitted with king size beds complete with memory foam mattresses for unbeatable comfort, while the living areas come complete with an Apple Mac entertainment system.

This apartment has a combined living and sleeping area with a king size bed.

Sleeps: 2  Bathrooms: 1 Deluxe One Bedroom Apartment
Suitable for one or two people, this apartment has one bedroom with a king size bed.

Sleeps: 4  Bathrooms: 2 Deluxe Two Bedroom Apartment
This apartment has two bedrooms with king size beds and an en suite bathroom.

Sleeps: 4  Bathrooms: 2 Penthouse Apartment
Set on the top (20th) floor, this apartment has two bedrooms with king size beds and en suite bathrooms, and features a large wrap-around balcony.

The apartments are located in the very heart of the city, a stone's throw from the Bullring shopping centre. From this central location, you can easily access Birmingham's wide range of museums, attractions and venues such as the International Convention Centre, the world famous Symphony Hall and the National Indoor Arena. Birmingham New Street Station is just a short walk away, providing main line services to a wide range of destinations, and there is an extensive bus network throughout the city and local area. Birmingham International Airport is less than ten miles away from the city. Booking Procedure
The Rotunda Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will be charged for the total booking amount seven days prior to arrival.

For stays of over one month, your card will be charged for the first week's accommodation costs seven days prior to arrival.

For bookings made less than seven days prior to arrival your card will be charged in full at the time of booking, or for the first seven nights accommodation costs if the booking is for more than one month.

Please Note: A 3% surcharge applies for all payments made using American Express, MasterCard and Visa. There is no surcharge for using Switch/Maestro or Visa Debit.

Payment
Full payment will be taken seven days prior to arrival.

For stays of over one month, the first week's accommodation costs will be taken seven days prior to arrival. The remaining balance will be taken weekly in advance.

For bookings made less than seven days prior to arrival full payment will be taken at the time of booking, or payment for the first seven nights will be taken if the booking is for more than one month.

Security Deposit
A pre-authorisation of £250 may be requested to cover any incidental expenses for stays in the Deluxe Two Bedroom and Penthouse Apartments.

For guests staying in Deluxe Studio and Deluxe One Bedroom Apartments a pre-authorisation of your card may be requested to cover any incidental expenses.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is between 15.00 and 19:00 and check-out is by 12.00 noon.

Cards Accepted
Rotunda Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Maestro, Master Card, Visa Credit, Visa Debit.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required 7 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the first nights' stay.
