Location
The apartments are just a short walk away from the Mailbox and within easy reach of the famous Bullring shopping centre. Brindleyplace, the Jewellery Quarter and the Convention Quarter- home to a range of popular venues including the NIA and Symphony Hall- are all easily accessible.
Travel
Birmingham New Street Station is approximately five minutes drive or less than fifteen minutes' walk from the apartments, providing main line railway services throughout the country. Regular bus services offer links throughout the city and surrounding area, and Birmingham International Airport is less than six miles away from the city.

This was perfect for our stay as it was nice and quiet with the view of the Peace Park across the road, but right in the heart of the city. The apartment was clean and tidy.
I would definitely come back.

i really enjoyed staying in the apartament. Very good location. everything was perfect, expect maybe for the internet, fast but didnt work most of the time.

We only stayed for a night but it is hard to judge. The facilities were pretty good. The only thing that I have problem if we stay longer was we could not find the manual for operating different appliances and heating system. There should be a system of providing the information.

There were 3 adults in our party, two in the double bed and one on the sofabed. The sofabed was not comfortable, it was too lumpy, it didn't have a real mattress base as a real sofabed has. There was only 2 mugs, we had to ask the girl in reception to bring one round. There were no wine glasses. The oven smelled. It's very near Gas St, so great location for young people wanting to party. There was a bit of noise from the beergarden below, however it was November when we visited. The living area is small (C20). The double bed was big and comfy, the bathroom was clean. The TV wasn't great! Perhaps you could reinforce when people book that check-in reception is somewhere else.
