Brindleyplace, at the heart of the Convention Quarter, boasts a vibrant atmosphere and an array of bars, restaurants and entertainment venues. It is also next door to the International Convention Centre, the world famous Symphony Hall and the National Indoor Arena. Birmingham and the surrounding area offer a wide range of museums, attractions, and shops, including the Bull Ring shopping centre. Birmingham New Street Station is approximately ten minutes' walking distance and there are regular bus services to all areas of the city. Birmingham International Airport is less than six miles away from the city. Booking Procedure
SACO Livingbase Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
For bookings made within seven days of arrival, your card will immediately be charged in full for the total stay.
For bookings made in advance, the card will be charged in full within seven days of making the booking.
Payment
Payment will be made in full at the time of booking or within seven days (see above).
Security Deposit
A deposit covering breakages and damages may be required at the time of booking. If a deposit is not charged, you may be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00.
Short Stay Availability
Please note that availability for stays of 2-6 nights can usually only be confirmed within 14 days of the arrival date.

SACO Livingbase Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Electron, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received at least 28 nights prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
Where cancellation of the whole or part of a booking is received less than 28 nights prior to arrival, the apartments reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of £100. Any refund of accommodation charges will be subject to the apartment being re-let.
No refunds will be made for non-arrivals.
