Each of these one and two bedroom apartments has been individually designed with contemporary flair and equipped with all the comforts of home, including high-speed broadband internet access and integrated entertainment systems. With spacious living areas and comfortable bedrooms, the apartments offer the flexibility to work, rest and entertain.

Each apartment is individually designed, with contemporary kitchens and spacious living areas. Extra beds, if requested in advance, are available at £29.38 for the first night and £11.75 per night for the remainder of the stay.

Suitable for one or two people, this apartment has one bedroom with a double bed.

Similar to the standard One Bedroom Apartment, this apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and boasts a large roof terrace.
Sleeps: 2 Bathrooms: 1 One Bedroom Study Apartment
Suitable for one or two people, this apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, and additionally features a spacious study.
Sleeps: 4 Bathrooms: 1 Two Bedroom Apartment
This apartment is equipped with two double beds and can sleep up to four people.
Sleeps: 4 Bathrooms: 2 Large Two Bedroom Apartment
This apartment has one double bedroom and a second bedroom with either a king sized bed or twin beds- please state your preference on the booking request form. In addition, there is an en suite bathroom.
The apartments are set in the heart of Birmingham, between Brindleyplace and the Mailbox, offering a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. The Bull Ring shopping centre is also within easy reach, and the city offers a wide range of cultural and leisure attractions. Birmingham New Street Station is approximately ten minutes' walking distance and there are regular bus services to all areas of the city. Birmingham International Airport is less than six miles away from the city. Booking Procedure
The HOME Serviced Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
For bookings made less than 48 hours prior to arrival full payment will be taken immediately at the time of booking.
For bookings made more than 48 hours prior to arrival your card will be charged a non refundable deposit of £10.00 which will then be taken off the full amount of the accommodation costs.
Payment
For bookings made less than 48 hours prior to arrival full payment will be taken at the time of booking.
For bookings made more than 48 hours prior to arrival the remaining balance will be taken from your credit card 48 hours before arrival.
For stays of over 28 days payment will be taken monthly.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required, however any incidental expenses will be reported to the guest and charged to the credit card used to secure the booking.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

HOME Serviced Apartments accept the following card types: Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation is required at least 24 hours prior to 14:00 on the day of arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equal to one nights' stay.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to arrival will lose the £10.00 deposit that was taken at the time of booking.
