Greeting at check in was very rude. The lady made clear of all the rules and regulations but didn't once ask if i needed anything during my stay. We couldn't have two friends round because of the rules in place, but i haven't had any problems in other apartments regarding this matter.
The apartment was of an ok standard we was based on the ground floor and the apartment was facing the road, very load and shabby. We was also opposite the lift on the ground floor and heard everyone talking once they walked past. The standard of accommodation was poor i will never recommend.

Very poor Facilties, Noisy building, Chargable car park, Carpit very old, dirty with dark spot, no privicy were the windows of the bed room or bath room are looked/opened to the corridors, upper floors are noisy due to the wooden perforated floors and very old furnitures,

hi... i had booked two appartments no 25 and no 26...
there were four girls in each appartment...
i am very disapointed to say that one of the apartments (no 25) did not have hot water and the girls in this apartment were forced to have cold showers...we were having a lovely stay but unfortunately this brought the mood down and as you can imagine we were not happy
kind regards

1. I discovered by chance when checking in that door codes were changed - I was told on inquiry that happened daily, but on my first morning when I went into reception to ask for it I was told this was not correct, and they were changed every Monday; when I returned at about 10.20 that evening (Sunday) I could not get access - fortunately there was someone in the office though it was after hours, who gave me the new code - it had been changed that day.
2. The shower door was off its hinges. This could have been dangerous, and I am surprised that the cleaners had not reported it.

I was impressed with the apartment but I didn't like the bed as it should have been one double bed and not two single beds put together other than that the experience was good I would defiantly come back again .

my mother and my sister spent 14 days in this apartment, it was better than my expectation , just 10 minutes walk to city center , best resturants and coffeshops around the place , so warm , comfortable , all the staff might need for cooking provided , I recommend this apartment for anyone that want to have a fantastic holiday , or bussiness men , due to the location . in the other hand im stdent in University of birmingham , it was 10 minutes by bus from university to visit my family, just perfect.

Reception staff very welcoming, apartment perfect for our stay, clean warm and well equiped. The tv needed some wire rearranging to get it to work as it was plugged in to play dvds and the wi fi didn't always connect, although this might have been due to work men who were fixing something at 11.00pm outside.
Overall good value for money and would use again.

Apartment was excellent, made for a good evening.
The location was very good and main attractions of Birmingham where in walking distance. Considering the price, the apartment was OK and the service team was very kind. We would have appreciated more decoration in the rooms (e.g. pictures) and the mattresses were not at all comfortable. But overall, our stay for one week was not bad and we book Citi Nites Apartment again.
