Mostly great, clean and well-equipped with lots of space, superb location and the couple of times I called with queries I spoke to a polite, friendly person who resolved the query immediately. However the noise in the very early morning would prevent me from recommending it or staying again - the apartment backed onto a delivery/rubbish area - despite buying earplugs for the 2nd night I was woken up far too early. So although the apartment and bed were very comfortable it scores low for overall comfort.

Unfortunatly the apartment didnt quite liveup to the standants expected. Booked for business related visit so therefore was in the apartment most of our stay in Birmingham. The TV was not working and the DVD player had no scart lead so therefore was left with nothing to do throughout the course of the stay.Furthermore the fridge was unclean and it had a bad smell which added to our woes.. This along with the location was one of the mains reasons for booking this apartment it was very unfortunate as we have used these apartments before and have never been dissapointed..
