On the minus side, the mattresses were too soft, the apartment was rather dusty and the kitchen equipment was lacking (although the receptionist did provide extra wine glasses on request). Also, an apartment for 4 people really should have 4 comfortable chairs/settees (only a 2-seater settee and 1 chair). On the plus side, the location was good - close to city centre, the view was great and the price represented excellent value. The staff were polite and helpful.

Expected the apartment to come with a microwave.
quite a few of the light bulbs were missing
the aprtment representative was very helpful.
quite annoyed that we were charged a higher price as we booked for the royal wedding weekend.
