The apartments are located in the Arcadian Centre in the heart of the Chinese Quarter, with a diverse range of bars, restaurants and shops just a stone's throw away. The Bullring and Mailbox shopping centres within easy walking distance, and the city offers a large number of museums, theatres and other cultural attractions. Birmingham New Street Station is within easy reach, offering main line train services to a wide range of destinations. There are bus regular bus services throughout the city and surrounding area, and Birmingham International Airport is less than ten miles away from the city. Booking Procedure
The Arc Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation.
Your card will be charged for the total booking amount 48 hours prior to arrival.
Payment
Full payment will be taken 48 hours prior to arrival.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of £200 will be requested on arrival which may be paid in cash or by credit card. If paid in cash, this will be refunded on departure after the apartment has been checked. If paid by credit card, the deposit will be refunded within 14 days of departure.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:30 and check-out is by 11:00.

Arc Apartments accept the following card types: Maestro, Master Card, Visa Credit, Visa Debit.
Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid facing a cancellation charge.
Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay.
Higher rates may apply during major events and peak periods- please contact us for details.
