Once past the reception desk these apartments are pretty amazing for the cost. Having a private balcony where smoking is permitted was a great bonus.
The hot water system was confusing and erratic, but I suspect that was more a question of figuring out how it worked than there being a problem.
The 'Sky TV' package was actually only 12 (pretty random) channels on a tiny wall mounted screen, and the internet, while free, was on a daily 'voucher' system that required a login to their account to connect each time you wanted to use it - awkward, but did the job.
Dealing with reception wasn't a very comfortable experience. The angle seemed to be toward charging extra for anything you could possibly need assistance with (including for instance 'keeping an eye on my cases'), but if you are properly prepared for an apartment stay rather than a hotel (ie; not expecting any real 'service') it's a pretty good option.
The rooms were spacious and adequately heated, and although the double bead sported two single matresses it was comfortable and clean.

Had a brilliant stay in Arc Apartments. Looked really nice on the website and wasn't dissapointed. Very large and well equipped apartments, stylishly decorated, brilliant location and excellent value for money.

this is our second time staying in the arc and we loved it. Location is brilliant near shops, pub and restaurant. We will definitely be back.
