The apartments are located in the Arcadian Centre in the heart of the Chinese Quarter, with a diverse range of bars, restaurants and shops just a stone's throw away. The Bullring and Mailbox shopping centres within easy walking distance, and the city offers a large number of museums, theatres and other cultural attractions. Birmingham New Street Station is within easy reach, offering main line train services to a wide range of destinations. There are bus regular bus services throughout the city and surrounding area, and Birmingham International Airport is less than ten miles away from the city. Booking Procedure
The Arc Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
On booking, a deposit of 20% of the total accommodation cost will be charged to your credit card. The balance is due 48 hours prior to arrival, and will also be taken from your credit card.
Bookings made less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged for the full cost of the stay at the time of booking.
Please note that the initial 20% deposit is non-refundable.

Apartments will be paid for prior to arrival - see above.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of £250 will be required upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses or damages. This is refundable after departure.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:30 and check-out is by 11:00.

Arc Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Master Card, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at any time will result in a loss of the initial 20% deposit.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be additionally charged for the first nights stay.

For longer stays and relocations, it is often possible to obtain rate reductions, depending upon the availability and the length of stay. We will always do our very best to offer you the lowest available rate possible.
