We liked this apartment - it is very impressive! - and the person at reception could not have been more helpful. But our water didn't work because of work being done on the gas mains - that was all reflected in a 25% discount when we went to pay - and the place badly needs a lick of paint and a good clean. A cupboard in the kitchen still had the remnants of someone's crisps and hairs which suggests that no-one actually looked in it before we came, and the kitchen floor was tacky and sticky. Also, we didn't have enough bowls for breakfast. These are small things - but in an otherwise lovely apartment they let it down.

The power off of the shower was pathetic - it only dribbled everything else was fine.

Lovely apartment in ideal location for University and not far from city centre. My only criticism was that the shower was a little bit pathetic, but this is a really minor point and I would be happy to stay here again.
We had a few problems with noisy neighbours. However, on both occasions (Saturday nights) the manager came within 30 minutes - even though it was after 2 am - and sorted it out.
The staff were helpful, and the apartment was clean and convenient. And it cost about the same, or less, than a hotel room.
