My friends and I were surprised by the 3-bedroom apartment as it has nearly all the things we want. Hot water supply was really amazing once you know how to use the machine. Living room and an attached kitchen were amazing. However, there may be some problems with the cookers there as they were all too small for 6 people. The bedrooms were huge and the beds were really comfortable. we loved it.
It's very convenient as well with a entertainment centre just beside it and nearly all the famous places in the centre of Belfast is within a 20-min walking distance. Highly recommended.

Nice Apt, good location. A problem with the heat. Could not turn off the radiators in either the kitchen or the bathroom. On full all the time inc all through the night. Had to open the door to let the heat out. No bedside lamp on one side, no spatula/fish slice for the pan. A list of TV channels would be useful. Will return.

No welcome folder which should contain, notepad, pen, contact numbers, list of local facilities, map, equipment instructions.
No internet connection which was a major problem
Items needed in apartment: curtain on front door window, toilet roll holder in cloakroom, side lamps in lounge, second bedside locker and lamp in bedroom, vacuum cleaner and mop or brush, coathooks in cloakroom.
Kitchen - needs, sharp knives, frying pan, cork screw, teapot, additional crokery and cutlery.
Bathroom - needs, toilet toll holder, glasses.
Clearly no one from the management company has ever stayed in one of these apartments or they would have realised that a number of basic necessities are missing.
