Suitable for up to four people this apartment comes equipped with two double beds, a full bathroom and an en-suite shower room to the master bedroom.
The Lucas Building Apartments are located in the very heart of Belfast and within easy reach of the main sights and attractions this historic city has to offer. Great restaurants, bars and shops are within easy reach. Popular attractions include the Botanic Gardens, the Crown Liquor Saloon and, further north from the city, Belfast Castle and Belfast Zoo. Belfast offers a comprehensive bus network serving the city centre and surrounding areas. Trains are available to other parts of the city and other cities in Northern Ireland.
Belfast is served by two airports, George Best Belfast City just two miles from the city centre, and the larger and busier Belfast International Airport, which is thirteen miles from the city centre. Booking Procedure
The Lucas Building Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Payment will be taken in full at the time of booking.

No security deposit is required.

Check-in is from 14.00 and check-out is by 11.00.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required at least 30 days prior to the date of arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
For cancellations received 29 or 30 days prior to arrival there will be a cancellation charge of £100 + VAT.
For cancellations received between 7 and 28 days prior to arrival there will be a cancellation charge equal to 50% of the total accommodation costs.
For cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival there will be a cancellation charge equal to 100% of the total accommodation costs.
