Suitable for one or two people, this apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, and includes a balcony.

Sleeps: 4  Bathrooms: 2 Two Bedroom Apartment
Accommodating up to four people, this apartment has two bedrooms with double beds. One bedroom has an en suite bathroom, and there is a second main bathroom. This apartment also offers a balcony.

Sleeps: 4  Bathrooms: 2 Two Bedroom Penthouse Apartment
Larger than the standard Two Bedroom Apartment, the Penthouse has two bedrooms, each with a double bed. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a large wrap-around balcony, and there is a second main bathroom.

Locality and Attractions:
The apartments boast a convenient location within a stone's throw of a great range of attractions. Customs House Square, in front of the striking Victorian Customs House itself, is a popular gathering spot and host to outdoor events, with the Albert Memorial Clock close by. For an authentic evening out, McHugh's Bar and Restaurant- the oldest building in Belfast- is nearby. Within a short walk, you will also find the Cathedral and the main shopping area.
Travel Information:
The apartments are within easy reach of Belfast Central railway station, and there are regular bus services throughout the city and surrounding area. Belfast is served by two airports, George Best Belfast City Airport which is just two miles from the city centre, and the larger and busier Belfast International Airport, which is thirteen miles from the city centre.
Terms & Conditions:
Booking Procedure
The Custom House Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
You card will be charged 33% of the total booking amount up to a maximum of the first month's rental.

Payment
The remaining balance will be payable ten days prior to arrival.

Guests who wish to pay the remaining balance in cash may do so on arrival by prior arrangement.

For guests staying longer than 30 nights, the first months accommodation costs will be payable upon arrival and the remaining costs will be invoiced separately on a monthly basis.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an authorisation of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

Minimum Stay
There is a minimum stay requirement of three nights Monday to Thursday and two nights Friday to Sunday.

Cards Accepted
Custom House Apartments accept the following card types: Diners Club, Maestro, Master Card, Visa Credit, Visa Debit.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received at least 28 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
Cancellations received less than 28 days but more than 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the initial 33% deposit taken at the time of booking.
Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the entire accommodation costs.
Please note: if the apartment is re-let for the cancelled period, then any cancellation fees will be refunded.
