We chose this self-catering accommodation for our two night stay in Belfast based on its fairly central location, 24h reception and the fact that parking was included in the price. We arrived in the evening and check-in was straightforward. The apartments are very modern and clean with all the necessary facilities. Although I had pre-booked a cot this was not in the room but quickly supplied by reception staff. Parking is available in the underground garage which makes packing and unpacking much easier. There is a medium sized Tesco store right next door so getting essentials is very easy indeed. There are also a number of restaurants and take-aways nearby. On departure I was a little surprised that there was a surcharge for electricity as this had not been sufficiently clear in the booking information. However, given the great location and excellent facilities this is certainly a good choice when staying in Belfast.

the apartment was excellent. service was very good. we had a minor problem with the heating which was dealt with immediatley. clean comfortable and a great location. had a great time, would definately in fact already have recommended to other travellers.

On arrival we were informed we needed to provide a deposit - which we did not have. We've NEVER been asked for a deposit before by any of the properties booked through you. Some clearer indication of which apartments require this would be good. It was embarrassing.

We were there for a hen party and it was ideal for the price. Location was also good, just a quick taxi ride into the centre of town and with so many people, it never cost very much. I would probably not consider it for a weekend break as it certainly had a feel of student halls about it but as I said, was perfect accomodation for a large group of people.

Actually, the flat rental didn't really work out, for reasons that had nothing to do with the citybase: the water was cut off the morning after we arrived.
What was really impressive was that the local management found and booked for us, during the first night, a couple of hotel rooms where the water was still functioning. This was off the scale service, far beyond what they had any obligation in the circumstances to do.
The flat itself was nice, for the short time we were in it, and we would definitely go back again (big tesco's next door, for instance, and basement carpark).
If you are looking for a flat in south belfast, you could do a _lot_ worse. Highly recommended.

Beautiful appartments and very clean. We couldn't believe how nice they were for what we were paying. Fresh towels and shampoo and shower gels provided which I did expect. All the bedrooms were lovely

I stayed in these apartments with a group of girls for a hen party!
If you are paying by cash they require a further £100 security deposit which you get back on departure if you haven't broken anything. If you pay by card they don't require this.
The check in was very efficient and it was great that they had car parking facilties!
We did get stuck for a while trying to leave the car park the following morning (no instruction on how to get out given). The shutter took ages to open and there is no access back into apartments as you hand your swipe key back on check out! I had to phone reception, which wasn't answered but then the shutter opened up!
They are spacious, one bedroom is really small but for you can live with that for one night!!
There was jams, butter and UHT milk in the fridge, the ice cube tray was filled in the freezer, there is a washing machine and dish washer with tablets for the dish washer,washing up liquid, cereal, tea, coffee and sugar in the cupboard also. It also had an iron and ironing board which was fab!!
Would definitely stay here again!

Very happy with the apartments. Although the fridge was broken in 1 apartment so we had to move to another. A window wouldn't open in the other apartment. Staff at reception very helpful and friendly. Overall happy.

Very comfortable and lovely furnishings. Free secure parking and a balcony with afternoon sun. Would definitely recommend, especially if you have a car. The only down side is that it's a 20 minute walk into town, but it is on a major bus route.

Apartment was nice but the noise coming from construction work underneath was not acceptable. For two nights we had little or no sleep. The most annoying part was if we had been informed that tesco were doing renovations to their store we would not have booked the apartment. When we made a complaint to the management we were told that we could change apartments. We were on the third floor and were expected to move a family to the second floor at 10pm at night. I explained to the manager that with a baby so young it would take ages to move all the stuff and that this was would not resolve it. The following morning i spoke again with the same manager and made a complaint and asked him for compensation. He wanted me to email my complaint as he does not have authority to compensate. I asked him to contact the owner. He rang me after 12 offering 15% refund. This really was an insult to what we had to endure. He denied that they had knowledge of tesco renovations yet the tesco manager was able to show me notice of the renovations. We had kango hammers, diggers etc going until 5am for both nights. I found the customer service we received from the apartment complex unacceptable. Fair enough we left it late to complain as we were away all day and did not realise that these works would continue for a second night. When I spoke with work men they informed that they would be working again throughout the night and this is when i went to complain. I was told that we were the only ones complaining yet they were very few staying in the complex. And the people we spoke with were all staying out the back of the complex away from the noise. I think its very unfair what they did to us. They knew we had a newborn baby as we had requested travel cot which was broken. Television did not work in the apartment either. Kept breaking down. So overall i would not recommend these apartments.

The entrance door was a bit hard to find. Its not the door beside the car park as you would expect. You have to go inside to check-in through the other door and come back out to the car before you can park. This was a bit difficult with two young babies in the car. However everything else was great value for money.

Myself and 2 friend just had a weekend in Belfast at the Cordia apartments, first time we have used an apartment instead of a hotel, wish we had done it sooner. The apartment was fantastic in every way and the staff very friendly and helpfull. Arrived at 11am expecting just to drop off luggage but were told as rooms were ready we could get in right away, very well situated a leisurley 20 min walk takes you right into Belfast centre. Would recommend these to friends and family and actually asked for some cards when we left as we were that impressed also worked out a lot cheaper than booking 2 rooms in a centre hotel.

All good and what we needed for a weekend trip-could have stayed for longer! Told could pay separately with cash on arrival-but apparently paying by cash required deposit on each apartment which could be put on card. internet cafe very close by for printing off boarding passes. would stay again. taxi fair to city centre round £5.

It was a very pleasant staying at the Cordia apartments. I've used the service twice and it's superb.
I recommend it to anyone, although the location is a little bit out of the centre of the city (but Belfast is not that big).
I would give it 8 out of 10

i had to park my car on the footpath, knock on apt door, go up two flights of stairs, wait to get card, back down stairs, then get into garage! why not have an intercom at the garage door? Man at reception told me there was a problem with my room so it wouldnt be ready until six, left car in garage and came back after seven. apt was nice, second bedroom tiny, they are not double beds, maybe four foot, had to clean down the counter top and table, but the bathroom was clean. heating comes on at weird times like 4am, tried to turn it off but couldnt, reception had to come up and jam the vent in second bedroom window with paper to keep the noise out, enjoyed the apt, but missed the atmosphere of a hotel so spent most of our evenings with friends at another hotel. would only stay here again if i was travelling with family, but would prefer two single beds in second bedroom.
