This apartment is equipped with two double beds and can sleep up to four people.

The Festival Place shopping centre is within easy reach, offering a wide range of shops, cafés and entertainment venues. Basingstoke train station is just a short walk from the apartments, offering regular main line rail services, including services to London in under an hour. There is also easy access to the M3 motorway. Booking Procedure
Deep Blue Apartments Basingstoke can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
For bookings made within seven days of arrival, your card will be charged at the time of booking for the total cost of the stay.

For bookings made made more than seven days in advance, your card will be charged within seven days of making the booking for the total cost of the stay.

Please note that there is a surcharge of 2.5% for the use of a Visa, Mastercard or Diners Card, and 4% for the use of an American Express card. There is no surcharge for use of Maestro and Visa Debit cards.

Payment
Apartments will be paid for prior to arrival (see above).

Amendments
Unless otherwise agreed the customer may bring forward the booked departure day at any time without penalty by giving notice at least 14 days before the revised departure day. If the revised departure day is less than 14 days from the date of notification the customer will be charged for two weeks rent from the date of notification.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 16.00 and check-out is by 10.00.

Cards Accepted
Deep Blue Apartments Basingstoke accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Maestro, Master Card, Visa, Visa Debit.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival.

If you cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to two weeks' rent or the total stay, whichever is the lower.

Refunds will not be made for non-arrivals.

Please Note: Stays of less than 7 nights can only be confirmed within 14 days of arrival.
For stays of 29 nights or more, please contact us for rates.
