This apartment has a combined living and sleeping area with a double bed, suitable for up to two people.
Sleeps: 4 Bathrooms: 2 Two Bedroom Apartment
This apartment is suitable for up to four people and comes equipped with a double bed in each bedroom, an en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom, full kitchen and bathroom.
The Festival Place shopping centre is within easy reach, offering a wide range of shops, cafés and entertainment venues. Basingstoke train station is within easy walking distance, offering regular main line rail services, including services to London in under an hour. There is also easy access to the M3 motorway. The Anchor Court Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
Please note that there is a surcharge of 3.5% for payments made by Visa, Mastercard and American Express and 4% for payments made by Diners Club cards.
Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14.00 and check-out is by 10.00.
Office hours are from 08.30 to 17.30 Monday to Friday. Checking-in outside of these times will be classed as out of hours check-in and guests will be subject to a late check-in fee. Please contact us for details.

Anchor Court Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Maestro, Master Card, Visa Credit, Visa Debit.
Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be received at least 28 days prior to the date of arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
Cancellations received less than 28 days but more than 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to 50% of the total stay, or of the first month for longer stays.
Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay.
