Suitable for up to four people this two bedroom apartment comes equipped with a double bed in the master bedroom, twin beds in the second bedroom, two bathrooms and full kitchen.
Sleeps: 6 Bathrooms: 2 Three Bedroom Apartment
This apartment is suitable for up to six people and comes equipped with a double bed in each bedroom, two bathrooms and a full kitchen.
The apartments are centrally located, with easy access to the main shopping centre and all the amenities of Aylesbury town centre. The apartments are just a short walk from Aylesbury train station, which offers regular services to London Marylebone. Booking Procedure
The Masters House Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, full payment will be taken from your card at the time of booking.
For bookings made more than 8 weeks in advance, a deposit equal to one third of the total cost of the stay will be charged to your card at the time of booking. The remainder will be charged to your card eight weeks prior to arrival.
Please note that there is a surcharge of 2% on payments made by Visa or Mastercard and a surcharge of 3.5% on payments made by American Express. There is no surcharge for payments made by debit card.
Payment
Apartments will be paid for prior to arrival - see above.
Security Deposit
For stays of up to four weeks, a deposit of £100 will be required.
For stays of over four weeks, a deposit equal to the first weeks' stay will be required.
This deposit is refundable after departure, minus any deductions for telephone calls or other expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

Masters House Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Maestro, Master Card, Visa, Visa Debit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received more than 8 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 1/3 of the total booking.
Cancellations received less than 8 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the total booking.

Rates are per apartment per night, inclusive of service and exempt from VAT.
