This apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with twin beds. It can accommodate up to four people.

This apartment has a master bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom, and a second bedroom with twin beds.

Sleeps: 6  Bathrooms: 2 Two Bedroom Deluxe Apartment
This apartment has a master bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom, a second bedroom with twin beds, and a second family bathroom. In addition, there is a double sofa bed in the living area.

Aberdeen is a beautiful city, a ten-time winner of the Britain In Bloom competition, with 45 parks and gardens where visitors can relax. For golfing enthusiasts, there are thirty courses within a thirty minute drive, the nearest being just ten minutes away. For shoppers, there are four covered shopping centres, a variety of shops on Union Street, and boutiques and curio shops around Belmont Street, Thistle Street and Chapel Street. There is also a wide range of museums, galleries and family attractions in the city. Aberdeen Railway Station offers main line services on the main UK network, and there are regular bus services throughout the city. Aberdeen Harbour, the largest in the north of Scotland, offers ferry routes to Orkney and Shetland. Aberdeen Airport lies approximately five miles northwest of the city centre. Booking Procedure
The Spires Apartments Aberdeen can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation.
A pre-authorisation of the total booking amount will be taken upon arrival, or on the Friday prior to arrival for weekend and public holiday stays.

Please note that there is a surcharge of 2.5% on payments made by American Express.

Payment
Full payment will be taken upon departure.

Security Deposit
A pre-authorisation of £50 will be taken on arrival for stays Monday to Thursday to cover against any incidental breakages and damages.

A deposit of £250 will be taken for all weekend (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) and public holiday (including New Year's Eve) stays to cover against any incidental breakages and damages.
This will be taken from the payment card the Friday prior to arrival, along with the pre-authorisation of the accommodation costs, and will be refunded to the card on the following Monday (Tuesday on a Bank Holiday) after the completion of an apartment inspection and providing the maximum occupancy and guest noise level regulations have not been breached.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

The Spires Apartments Aberdeen accept the following card types: American Express, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required 24 hours prior to arrival.
Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to one nights' accommodation costs.

Guests are required to give 24 hours notice of early departure to avoid a charge equal to one nights' accommodation costs.

Weekend Stay Rates apply only to stays of one or two nights, on Friday and Saturday only.
Events Rates apply to stays during major events. Please contact us for further details.
