Suitable for one or two people, this apartment has one bedroom with a double bed.

Sleeps: 3  Bathrooms: 2 Standard Two Bedroom Apartment
Suitable for up to three people, this apartment has a master bedroom with a double bed and en suite shower and a second bedroom with a single bed.

Sleeps: 4  Bathrooms: 2 Executive Two Bedroom Apartment
Suitable for up to four people, this apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with either a double bed or twin beds.

Locality and Attractions:
Aberdeen is a beautiful city, ten-time winner of the Britain In Bloom competition, with 45 parks and gardens where visitors can relax. For golfing enthusiasts, there are thirty courses within a thirty minute drive, the nearest being just ten minutes away. For shoppers, there are four covered shopping centres, a variety of shops on Union Street, and boutiques and curio shops around Belmont Street, Thistle Street and Chapel Street. There is also a wide range of museums, galleries and family attractions in the city.
Travel Information:
The apartments are approximately 2 miles from Aberdeen railway station, and five miles from Aberdeen Dyce International Airport. An extensive bus network serves the area and the city centre, and the location offers excellent road links on the A90 and A96.
Terms & Conditions:
Booking Procedure
The Parkhill Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will be charged for an amount equal to one night's stay at the time of booking. This will be held as a deposit firstly to guarantee the booking and then on arrival as a security deposit (see below).

Payment
Your card will be charged on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.

Security Deposit
The deposit paid at the time of booking will be held as a security deposit against any incidental expenses incurred during the stay. Subject to any such deductions, the deposit will be refunded within seven days of check-out. If incidental expenses are incurred which are greater than the sum of the deposit, the guest will be required to pay these costs within seven days.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15.00 and check-out is by 10.00.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to the date of arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total cost of the stay.

Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the date of arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the total cost of the stay.
