Suitable for one or two people, this apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, or twin beds on request.

This apartment is equipped with two double beds and can sleep up to four people.

Aberdeen is a beautiful city, a ten-time winner of the Britain In Bloom competition, with 45 parks and gardens where visitors can relax. For golfing enthusiasts, there are thirty courses within a thirty minute drive, the nearest being just ten minutes away. For shoppers, there are four covered shopping centres, a variety of shops on Union Street, and boutiques and curio shops around Belmont Street, Thistle Street and Chapel Street. There is also a wide range of museums, galleries and family attractions in the city. The apartments are approximately 2 miles from Aberdeen railway station, and five miles from Aberdeen Dyce International Airport. An extensive bus network serves the area and the city centre, and the location offers excellent road links on the A90 and A96. Booking Procedure
The Dreamhouse Aberdeen Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
For bookings made more than four weeks in advance, a deposit equal to 10% of the total stay will be charged to your card at the time of booking.

For bookings made less than four weeks in advance, full payment will be taken at the time of booking.

Please note that there is a surcharge of 3% on payments made by American Express.

Payment
The remainder of the payment will be taken four weeks prior to arrival.

Bookings made within four weeks of arrival will be paid for at the time of booking (see above).

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

Dreamhouse Aberdeen Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Master Card, Visa.

Cancellation Policy
The initial 10% deposit made for advance bookings is non-refundable.

For cancellations received one week or more prior to arrival, 50% of the total cost of the stay is refundable.

For cancellations received at least two days prior to arrival, 25% of the total cost of the stay is refundable.

No refunds will be made for cancellations within two days of the arrival date or for no-shows.

For longer stays and relocations, it is often possible to obtain rate reductions, depending upon the availability and the length of stay. We will always do our very best to offer you the lowest available rate possible.
