Suitable for up to four people this one bedroom apartment comes equipped with a king size bed, a fold-out single bed, kitchenette and bathroom. There is also a sofa bed in the living area to accommodate a fourth guest.

This one bedroom apartment comes equipped with a king size bed, a fold out single bed and a double sofa bed in the living area to sleep a fourth and fifth guest. The apartment also features a kitchenette and bathroom.

The apartments are located in one of the most popular and fashionable parts of Istanbul, home to a number of world-famous boutiques, cafés and restaurants. City's Nisantasi, the premier shopping venue and Cevahir Mall, a modern shopping and entertainment centre, are both close by. Major sights and attractions such as Taksim Square, the Grand Bazaar and Istiklal Avenue are all within easy reach. The Istanbul Military Museum, one of the leading museums of its kind in the world, is just a short walk from the apartments and a selection of beautiful mosques and palaces including Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace and Sultanahmet Mosque (Blue Mosque) are easily accessible. Istanbul has an extensive transport network consisting of metro, funicular metro, tram, light railway, bus and ferry systems. Osmanbey metro station is a short walk away.
Ataturk Airport is approximately 30km (20 miles) from the apartments. Booking Procedure
The Nisantasi Flats can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
At the time of booking, 25% of the total accommodation costs will be required.

Please note: There is a 5.8% surcharge for payments made by credit card.

Payment
The remaining 75% can be made via bank transfer directly to the property and must be received no later than 7 days prior to arrival, alternatively the balance can be paid in cash on arrival.

Once the booking has been made the apartments will contact you directly to discuss the payment options available in more detail.

Security Deposit
On arrival a security deposit equal to 200 Euros will be payable in cash. This will be refunded on departure once the apartment has been checked.

Please note that the security deposit cannot be paid by credit card.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

Cards Accepted
Nisantasi Flats accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Master Card, Visa.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be received at 15 days or more prior to arrival to avoid facing a cancellation charge.

Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one nights' accommodation costs.
