With many of the main sights and attractions nearby and the business quarter within easy reach these studio apartments are an ideal base for up to five people.

Suitable for up to five people this apartment comes equipped with two double beds and a single pull out bed.
The apartments are located in the heart of Madrid. Many of the main sights and attractions are within easy reach. Just minutes away are the popular Puerta del Sol and the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofia - the national museum of 20th century art. Museo del Prado, home to one of the finest collections of European art and the Gran Via are easily accessible. Madrid boasts a comprehensive transport network consisting of buses, trains and metro. The metro is modern, extensive and good value. The nearest metro station to the apartments is Anton Martin.
Atocha station - the largest railway station in Madrid is just a short walk away from the apartments. Here commuter, intercity and regional services are available.
Madrid Barajas Airport is approximately 17km away from the apartments. Metro links, shuttle buses and taxis are available. Booking Procedure
The Anton Huertas Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will be charged 30% of the total accommodation costs at the time of booking.
Payment
The remaining 70% of the accommodation costs can be paid by cash on arrival or by credit card 24 hours prior to arrival by arrangement.
Security Deposit
A deposit of 200 Euros will be required in cash on arrival. This will be refunded on departure.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15.00 and check-out is by 11.00.
Minimum Stay
There is a minimum stay of 3 nights for stays throughout the year.
There is a minimum stay of 5 nights for the following periods:
25th December-1st January
Easter Week
First Weekend in May
First Weekend in December.
Cards Accepted
Anton Huertas Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Master Card, Visa Credit.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations will face a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 90 days or more prior to arrival will be charged 10% of the total amount.
Cancellations made between 89 and 60 days prior to arrival will be charged 30% of the total amount.
Cancellations made between 59 and 30 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the total amount.
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 100% of the total amount.
Low season rates apply to stays during January, February, July, August and November 2010.
Mid season rates apply to stays during March, April, May, June, September and October 2010.
High season rates apply to stays over the Easter and Christmas holidays- please contact us for exact dates.
