Modern, stylish and comfortable, the Valencia Apartments offer fantastic accommodation in the very heart of Barcelona. Sleeping up to six people, the apartments come with all the essential amenities and mod-cons you could need, full kitchens and large bathrooms. With contemporary design and a lovely conservatory, the apartments are a home from home and a great escape from the bustling city.
Situated close to the Passeig de Gracia, the apartments are in a great central location, home to some of the city's best and most famous architecture, namely the interesting works of Gaudi. The metro is close by and is the same line that will take you to the beach, as are many great restaurants, cafés and bars.

Suitable for up to six people, this apartment comes equipped with one double and three single beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living area.
Due to the central location of the apartments, many of the main attractions and sights of Barcelona are on your doorstep. Just five minutes walk away are the architectural wonders of Gaudi the Pedrera, the Casa Battlo and the Sagrada Familia. The metro is close to the apartments and is the same line that will take you to the beach. Other must-visit places are the Magic Fountain of Montjuicthe and the nearby Ramblas area which is a colourful and bright district full of shops, restaurants and street performers. The city benefits from a comprehensive local public transport network which includes a metro system, buses, trams and several funiculars and aerial cable cars.
The main railway station, Barcelona Sants (also known as Estació de Sants) offers services to a wide range of destinations.
Barcelona International Airport is approximately two miles from the city. Booking Procedure
The Valencia Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
Please note that there is a 2.8% surcharge for payments made by Visa or Mastercard.
Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15.00 and check-out is by 11.00. Please note that due to local legal requirements, a copy of each guest's passport will be required upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy
For stays of 1-3 nights:
Notification of cancellation must be received 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made between 1 and 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to one night's stay.
Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay.
For stays of 4-7 nights:
Notification of cancellation must be received 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made between 1 and 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay.
Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to three nights' stay or 50% of the total cost.
For stays of over 7 nights:
Notification of cancellation must be received 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made between 1 and 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to three nights' stay.
Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to seven nights' stay.
For stays of 1 month and over:
Notification of cancellation must be received 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made between 14 and 5 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to seven nights' stay.
Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to fourteen nights' stay.
Stays during Christmas, New Year and Easter will be subject to a special cancellation policy:
Notification of cancellation must be received 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay.

Rate To indicates the highest nightly rate available.
