Across the road from the university, many of the city's main attractions are within easy reach. Close by is the vibrant Las Ramblas area which is awash with great restaurants, cafés, shops and street performers. If you fancy some culture then you can check out the MACBA gallery or the masterpieces of Gaudi which are all nearby. The bright and modern PL Universitat Apartments are in a great central location in the city, making them an ideal base to get a taste of Barcelona.
Suitable for up to four people, the apartments are colourful, vibrant and stylish creating a relaxing haven from a long day exploring the city. Each apartment comes with comfortable furniture and essential amenities to ensure an enjoyable stay.

Suitable for up to four people, the apartment comes equipped with tow single beds and a double sofa bed in the living area.
Located in a great area, many of the main attractions are within easy reach. Placa de Catalunya and the lively Las Ramblas area are just a few minutes walk away where you can find a wide selection of cafés , restaurants, shops and street performers. Across the road is the university and if culture is what you're after then the MACBA gallery is right on the doorstep. Gaudi's masterpieces are within walking distance as is the Passeig de Gracia. Many other sights, museums and galleries are within easy reach. The city benefits from a comprehensive local public transport network which includes a metro system, buses, trams and several funiculars and aerial cable cars.
The main railway station, Barcelona Sants (also known as Estació de Sants) is within easy reach of the apartments, and offers services to a wide range of destinations.
Barcelona International Airport is approximately two miles from the city. Booking Procedure
The Pl Universitat Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
Please note that there is a 2.8% surcharge for payments made by Visa or Mastercard.
Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15.00 and check-out is by 11.00. Please note that due to local legal requirements, a copy of each guest's passport will be required upon arrival.

PL Universitat Apartments accept the following card types: Master Card, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
For stays of 1-3 nights:
Notification of cancellation must be received 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made between 1 and 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to one night's stay.
Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay.
For stays of 4-7 nights:
Notification of cancellation must be received 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made between 1 and 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay.
Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to three nights' stay or 50% of the total cost.
For stays of over 7 nights:
Notification of cancellation must be received 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made between 1 and 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to three nights' stay.
Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to seven nights' stay.
For stays of 1 month and over:
Notification of cancellation must be received 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made between 14 and 5 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to seven nights' stay.
Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to fourteen nights' stay.
Stays during Christmas, New Year and Easter will be subject to a special cancellation policy:
Notification of cancellation must be received 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay.

Rate To indicates the highest nightly rate available.
