Accommodation in Barcelona - Pau Claris Apartments. Due to the central location of the apartments many of the main attractions and sights of Barcelona are on your doorstep. Just five minutes walk away are the architectural wonders of Gaudi, La Pedrera and Casa Batllo. Walk for fifteen minutes in the other direction and stumble across Gaudi's most famous and unfinished work the Sagrada Familia. Other must-visit places are the Magic Fountain of Montjuic and the nearby Ramblas area which is a colourful and bright district full of shops, restaurants and street performers. The city benefits from a comprehensive local public transport network which includes a metro system, buses, trams and several funiculars and aerial cable cars.
The main railway station, Barcelona Sants (also known as Estació de Sants) offers services to a wide range of destinations.
Barcelona International Airport is approximately two miles from the city. Booking Procedure
The Pau Claris Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).

Please note that there is a 2.8% surcharge for payments made by Visa or Mastercard.

Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15.00 and check-out is by 11.00. Please note that due to local legal requirements, a copy of each guest's passport will be required upon arrival.

Cards Accepted
Pau Claris Apartments accept the following card types: Master Card, Visa Credit.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations received will be subject to a cancellation fee. The following charges apply:

For stays of less than two weeks:
Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to arrival: €20.00 administration fee.
Cancellations received between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received between 14 and 4 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received less than 4 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total accommodation costs.

For stays of two weeks and over:
Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to arrival: 30% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received between 29 and 8 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received 7 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the total accommodation costs.

For longer stays and relocations, it is often possible to obtain rate reductions, depending upon the availability and the length of stay. We will always do our very best to offer you the lowest available rate possible.
