Barcelona Accommodation - The Family Apartments. Due to the central location of the apartments many of the main attractions and sights of Barcelona are on your doorstep. Just five minutes walk away are the architectural wonders of Gaudi, La Pedrera and Casa Batllo. Walk for fifteen minutes in the other direction and stumble across Gaudi's most famous and unfinished work the Sagrada Familia. Other must-visit places are the Magic Fountain of Montjuic and the nearby Ramblas area which is a colourful and bright district full of shops, restaurants and street performers.
Travel
The city benefits from a comprehensive local public transport network which includes a metro system, buses, trams and several funiculars and aerial cable cars.
The main railway station, Barcelona Sants (also known as Estació de Sants) offers services to a wide range of destinations.
Barcelona International Airport is approximately two miles from the city.
