This apartment is suitable for up to four people and comes equipped with four single beds.

The apartments are located in the beautiful Borne region of Barcelona, one of the most exclusive areas in the Old Town. On the doorstep are some of the best sights of the city; the Picasso Museum, the stunning Gothic quarter and the labyrinthine Bari Gotico, an area riddled with boutiques, cocktail bars and fine restaurants. The apartments have breath-taking views of the Gothic church, Santa Maria del Mar and the Passeig del Borne. Other must-see spots in the city include the unfinished Sagrada Familia with its unique architecture, the Magic Fountain of Montjuic and the many museums dotted throughout the city. The city benefits from a comprehensive local public transport network which includes a metro system, buses, trams and several funiculars and aerial cable cars.
The main railway station, Barcelona Sants (also known as Estació de Sants) offers services to a wide range of destinations.
Barcelona International Airport is approximately two miles from the city. Booking Procedure
The Borne Vivo Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).

Please note that there is a 2.8% surcharge for payments made by Visa or Mastercard.

Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15.00 and check-out is by 11.00. Please note that due to local legal requirements, a copy of each guest's passport will be required upon arrival.

Cards Accepted
Borne Vivo Apartments accept the following card types: Master Card, Visa.

Cancellation Policy
For stays of 1-3 nights:
Notification of cancellation must be received 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made between 1 and 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to one night's stay.
Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay.

For stays of 4-7 nights:
Notification of cancellation must be received 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made between 1 and 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay.
Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to three nights' stay or 50% of the total cost.

For stays of over 7 nights:
Notification of cancellation must be received 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made between 1 and 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to three nights' stay.
Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to seven nights' stay.

For stays of 1 month and over:
Notification of cancellation must be received 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made between 14 and 5 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to seven nights' stay.
Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to fourteen nights' stay.

Stays during Christmas, New Year and Easter will be subject to a special cancellation policy:
Notification of cancellation must be received 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay.

Rate From is the lowest nightly rate available.
Rate To indicates the highest nightly rate available.
Average Nightly Rate indicates what you might expect to pay per night- please contact us for exact prices.
