Suitable for up to four people this two bedroom apartment is set in a beautiful Georgian style building and comes equipped with ultra modern décor, two double beds, a full kitchen and two bathrooms - both with underfloor heating. A spectacular roof deck complete with pool offers panoramic views of the city and Table Mountain.
The apartments are located in the centre of the city, in a quaint, beautifully maintained 18th century village set in the shadows of the stunning Table Mountain. Lions Head and Signal Hill are just a short walk away in the nearby Table Mountain National Park and many of the major sights and attractions are easily reached including Greenmarket Square, Cape Point and Table Bay. The Bo-Kaap museum is just a short walk away, providing an insight into 18th century South African life, and a wide range of cafés, bars and restaurants are close by. The Victoria and Albert Waterfront, one of the most beautiful in the world, is within easy reach and is a prime location for shopping, dining or taking a boat trip. Some of the most captivating beaches on the planet are located in Cape Town and many of these are within easy reach of the apartments. Alternatively, venture slightly away from the city centre to sample some of the world's finest wines in the vast, beautiful Cape winelands. Cape Town's public transport network consists mainly of train and bus services. Cape Town Railway Station is just a short stroll away with a number of services to all parts of the city.
Cape Town International Airport is approximately 25km (15 miles) from the village. Booking Procedure
The Loader Street Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
For bookings made more than 30 days prior to arrival: Your card will not be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation.
For bookings made less than 30 days prior to arrival: Your card will be charged in full at the time of booking.
Peak Season (15th December - 15th January):
Bookings made more than three months prior to arrival: Your card will not be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation.
Bookings made less than three months prior to arrival: Your card will be charged in full at the time of booking.
Payment
For bookings made more than 30 days prior to arrival: Full payment will be taken 30 days prior to arrival.
For bookings made less than 30 days prior to arrival: Full payment will be taken at the time of booking.
Peak Season (15th December - 15th January):
For bookings made more than three months prior to arrival: Full payment will be taken 3 months prior to arrival.
For bookings made less than three months prior to arrival: Full payment will be taken at the time of booking.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00.
Cards Accepted
Loader Street Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Master Card, Visa Credit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received at least 40 days prior to arrival to avoid facing a cancellation charge.
Cancellations received less than 40 days but more than 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total accommodation costs.
No-shows or cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation costs.
Please note: Any refunds processed for peak season bookings will be subject to a R250 administration fee.
