Our Services
Much more than simply a booking facility, we offer a range of services that goes beyond those offered by a basic travel agent. Here are
some of the extra services we provide - all free of charge:
We take all the hassle out of finding an apartment. Just make one phone call to us, and we will take care of your enquiry from start to finish, including all of the services outlined below. There's no need for you to spend hours contacting apartments for quotes and information - we'll do all the research for you, and present you with various options to choose from.
Our Account Management team is on hand to meet you in person or discuss your requirements over the phone. Once you've established contact, your account manager is always available should you need advice or wish to make a booking enquiry.
Over the years we've worked with a diverse set of companies and public sector organisations, so we're used to dealing with clients with specific payment preferences. We work closely with the apartments to ensure that your requirements are fulfilled. This normally involves the apartment generating a pro-forma invoice, and agreeing to payment dates that suit you or your organisation.
If your company is likely to use one particular apartment on a frequent basis, we may be able to negotiate corporate rates for you.
We will always work with your budget and use our considerable negotiating power to try to secure reduced rates for larger bookings.
We can always arrange for you to inspect any of our apartments in order to establish first-hand whether they meet your requirements.
