Set in a historic building in the centre of the Old Town area, the Studio Apartments are bright, spacious and well designed with stylish, comfortable furniture and tasteful décor. With large windows providing lots of light and great views of the surrounding streets, these Warsaw apartments have a relaxing atmosphere and are a great escape from the bustling city.
Within easy reach are the Royal Castle, the Old Town Square and the Vistula River and close to the apartments are fine restaurants and shops offering local delights. The apartments are an ideal place to stay if you want to really explore Warsaw.

Suitable for up to four people, this apartment comes complete with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living area.
The Studio Italy Apartments are situated on the well-known Piwna Street, which has a great selection of amber and silver craft shops and local restaurants. Located in the Old Town of Warsaw, the Royal Castle and the Old Town Square are close by. As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, there are lots to see and do here; look at the medieval architecture of the city walls, barbican and St John's Cathedral or sample some local dishes in the many restaurants and cafés scattered about. A short walk will lead you to the Vistula River and the Saxon Garden (Ogród Saski). Warsaw has an extensive public transport network which includes buses, trams and the Metro. Tickets are purchased from kiosks or local shops. Warsaw Central Railway station (Warszawa Centralna) offers domestic and international services.
Warsaw Frederic Chopin Airport is approximately six miles from the city centre, and is Poland's busiest airport. Booking Procedure
The Studio Italy Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
Please note that there is a 2.8% surcharge for payments made by Visa or Mastercard.
Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15.00 and check-out is by 11.00. Please note that due to local legal requirements, a copy of each guest's passport will be required upon arrival.

Studio Italy Apartments accept the following card types: Master Card, Visa Credit.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations received will be subject to a cancellation fee. The following charges apply:
For stays of less than two weeks:
Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to arrival: €20.00 administration fee.
Cancellations received between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received between 14 and 4 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received less than 4 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total accommodation costs.
For stays of two weeks and over:
Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to arrival: 30% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received between 29 and 8 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received 7 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the total accommodation costs.
Please note: Any amendments made to the booking will carry an amendment charge. Please see above for details.
For longer stays and relocations, it is often possible to obtain rate reductions, depending upon the availability and the length of stay. We will always do our very best to offer you the lowest available rate possible.
