This apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, and there is a double sofa bed in the living area.

The apartments are set in the Old Town area (Stare Miasto or Starówka), close to the Vistula River, Royal Castle (Zamek Królewski) and Old Town Market Place. From this location, many of Warsaw's main attractions are within easy walking distance. Warsaw has an extensive public transport network which includes buses, trams and the Metro. Tickets are purchased from kiosks or local shops. Warsaw Central Railway station (Warszawa Centralna) offers domestic and international services.

Warsaw Frederic Chopin Airport is approximately six miles from the city centre, and is Poland's busiest airport. Booking Procedure
The Brzozowa Canaletto Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).

Please note that there is a 2.8% surcharge for payments made by Visa or Mastercard.

Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15.00 and check-out is by 11.00. Please note that due to local legal requirements, a copy of each guest's passport will be required upon arrival.

Brzozowa Apartments accept the following card types: Master Card, Visa.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations received will be subject to a cancellation fee. The following charges apply:

For stays of less than three weeks:
Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to arrival: €20.00 administration fee.
Cancellations received between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received between 14 and 4 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received less than 4 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total accommodation costs.

For stays of three weeks and over:
Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received between 29 and 8 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received 7 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the total accommodation costs.

For longer stays and relocations, it is often possible to obtain rate reductions, depending upon the availability and the length of stay. We will always do our very best to offer you the lowest available rate possible.
