The Bednarska Apartments are set in the quiet and atmospheric Mariensztat area, close to the Vistula River and just a short walk from the Royal Castle, Old Town and Saxon Garden.
The apartments are bright and comfortable, with fully equipped kitchens and pleasant living areas and bedrooms, providing an attractive and extremely convenient base from which to explore this historic and interesting city.

This apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, and there is a double sofa bed in the living area.
The apartments are located in the Mariensztat area, just a short stroll from the Old Town (Stare Miasto or Starówka), Royal Castle (Zamek Królewski) and Saxon Garden (Ogród Saski). Other attractions within easy reach include the Palace of Culture and Science, Teatr Wielki - Polish National Opera and a wide variety of galleries and museums. Warsaw has an extensive public transport network which includes buses, trams and the Metro. Tickets are purchased from kiosks or local shops. Warsaw Central Railway station (Warszawa Centralna) is within easy reach, offering domestic and international services.
Warsaw Frederic Chopin Airport is approximately six miles from the city centre, and is Poland's busiest airport. Booking Procedure
The Bednarska Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
Please note that there is a 2.8% surcharge for payments made by Visa or Mastercard.
Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15.00 and check-out is by 11.00. Please note that due to local legal requirements, a copy of each guest's passport will be required upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy
For stays of 1-3 nights:
Notification of cancellation must be received 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made between 1 and 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to one night's stay.
Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay.
For stays of 4-7 nights:
Notification of cancellation must be received 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made between 1 and 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay.
Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to three nights' stay or 50% of the total cost.
For stays of over 7 nights:
Notification of cancellation must be received 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made between 1 and 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to three nights' stay.
Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to seven nights' stay.
For stays of 1 month and over:
Notification of cancellation must be received 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made between 14 and 5 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to seven nights' stay.
Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to fourteen nights' stay.
Stays during Christmas, New Year and Easter will be subject to a special cancellation policy:
Notification of cancellation must be received 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay.
