This apartment can sleep up to nine people and has three rooms with double beds and one room with double and single sofa beds.

The Gertrudy Premiere Apartments are located in the centre of the city and provide great accommodation with easy access to the main attractions. Just a stone's throw away is the Old Town and all the must-see sights contained within such as the ten-acre medieval market square Rynek Główny, the 14th century Gothic Basilica of the Virgin Mary and many museums, galleries and interesting historic landmarks. Other places to see are the Jewish quarter, Kazimierz - where much of "Schindler's List" was filmed and the stunning Wawel Royal Castle which sits perfectly on top of a hill overlooking the city. Krakow main railway station is within easy reach, providing services to a range of national and international destinations. The city has an extensive public transport network comprising buses and trams. Much of the historic Old Town is pedestrianised, but with rickshaws and horse-drawn buggies available.
John Paul II International Airport Kraków-Balice is approximately 11km away from the city centre, with direct trains to the Main railway station. Booking Procedure
The Gertrudy Premiere Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).

Please note that there is a 2.8% surcharge for payments made by Visa or Mastercard.

Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15.00 and check-out is by 11.00. Please note that due to local legal requirements, a copy of each guest's passport will be required upon arrival.

Cards Accepted
Gertrudy Premiere Apartments accept the following card types: Master Card, Visa Credit.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations received will be subject to a cancellation fee. The following charges apply:

For stays of less than two weeks:
Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to arrival: €20.00 administration fee.
Cancellations received between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received between 14 and 4 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received less than 4 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total accommodation costs.

For stays of two weeks and over:
Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to arrival: 30% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received between 29 and 8 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received 7 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the total accommodation costs.

Please note: Any amendments made to the booking will carry an amendment charge. Please see above for details. Lower rates may be available
For longer stays and relocations, it is often possible to obtain rate reductions, depending upon the availability and the length of stay. We will always do our very best to offer you the lowest available rate possible.
