Not only was the apartment large, bright clean and airy it
also had a very large sun deck.
the location was perfect within easy walking distance of all attractions including rijkmuseum, The Hermitage,
the Botanical gardens Amsterdam central and two organic food retailers, one organeic butcher and one organic /vegitarian restaurant.
Most importantly was the helpfulness and professionalisim of the staff including specifically but not limited to reopening the apartment on our departure when I had locked our coats in the apartment...
they atrrived promptly and with a minimum of fuss opened the apartment.
We are looking forward to staying there on our next visit to Amsterdam and to using citybased apartments for future
apartment rentals in Europe.

A Beautiful apartment, well equiped, lovely views over the canal, in a fairly quiet street and seconds away from a tram station, as well as walking distance away from excellent restaurants, great shopping and all the big tourist attractions. We were professionally received and enjoyed our stay thoroughly!
The Rembrandt apartment was beautiful, newly redone, and in a perfect location. Beds were comfortable. The second bedroom, however, was misleading. The double bed is shoe-horned in, so that you can only get on the bed from its foot, there's no room on either side. It is not suitable for two people. We were unable to get extra linens delivered for the sofa bed. Fine for a family of four IF you ask in advance to have linens provided for the sofa bed. Otherwise, it was really a nice place.
