This duplex two bedroom apartment is set over two floors and is suitable for up to four people. The master bedroom comes equipped with a double bed and en-suite bathroom complete with jacuzzi and separate steam shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom complete with steam shower. The apartment has a full kitchen, spacious living and dining area and a small terrace.
The apartments are located in the fashionable Jordaan area of Amsterdam, a desirable location home to a collections of art galleries, fine restaurants and specialist shops. Noordermarkt (Northern Market), lined with cafés and restaurants and host to popular weekly markets, is a short stroll away and Dam Square, the famous square in the very heart of the city, is nearby. Haarlemmerstraat, regarded as the best shopping street in all of the Netherlands, is just steps from the apartments. The ideal way to get around Amsterdam is by bicycle, the favoured mode of transport of many of the locals. There are plenty of places to hire bikes from around the city. Alternatively, Amsterdam boasts a comprehensive network of tram, bus, train and metro systems. Centraal Station, the transport hub of Amsterdam, is less than a ten minute walk from the apartments. Buiten Brouwersstraat bus stop and Haarlemmerplein tram stop are just a short walk away and Veer de Ruyterkade ferry stop is close by.
Amsterdam Schiphol International Airport is within easy reach, about 18km away. Booking Procedure
The Canal View Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will be charged for a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total accommodation costs at the time of booking.
Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total accommodation costs will be taken at the time of booking.
The remaining 75% will be payable upon arrival.
Security Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total accommodation costs will be taken at the time of booking to cover against any breakages and damages.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations received will be subject to a cancellation charge.
For cancellations received 14 days or more prior to arrival, the 25% deposit taken at the time of booking will be forfeited.
Cancellations received between 14 days and 48 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation costs.
