This apartment is suitable for up to six people and is equipped with a double bed, two single beds and a double sofa bed in the living area.

The apartments are located just a short stroll away from the famous Rialto Bridge (Ponte di Rialto) and the Rialto market. All of Venice's attractions are within easy reach, including St Mark's Square and Basilica (Piazza San Marco, Basilica di San Marco), a number of stunning Palazzi and the Bridge of Sighs. Venice can be reached by road, and cars parked at the entrance to the city in Europe's largest car park. The Venezia-Santa Lucia train station is approximately twenty minutes' walk from the apartments. The nearest airport is Marco Polo International Airport on the mainland, with regular waterbuses to the city.

Transportation around Venice is entirely by water or foot. The famous gondolas are mostly used by tourists, with locals preferring to use motorised waterbuses called "vaporetti". Booking Procedure
The San Marcuola Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).

Please note that there is a 2.8% surcharge for payments made by Visa or Mastercard.

Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15.00 and check-out is by 11.00. Please note that due to local legal requirements, a copy of each guest's passport will be required upon arrival.

San Marcuola Apartments accept the following card types: Master Card, Visa.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations received will be subject to a cancellation fee. The following charges apply:

For stays of less than three weeks:
Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to arrival: €20.00 administration fee.
Cancellations received between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received between 14 and 4 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received less than 4 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total accommodation costs.

For stays of three weeks and over:
Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received between 29 and 8 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received 7 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the total accommodation costs.
