Featuring original Venetian marble flooring, these tastefully decorated apartments offer a perfect base for exploring the city. The accommodation is bright and airy, with comfortable living areas, spacious and relaxing bedrooms, and modern kitchen and bathroom facilities.

Sleeps: 5 Bathrooms: 1 Two Bedroom Apartment
This apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, accommodating up to five people in total.
The apartments are set on a typical Venetian square just a short walk from St Mark's Square (Piazza San Marco), the Basilica and the Doge's Palace. Venice can be reached by road, and cars parked at the entrance to the city in Europe's largest car park. The Venezia-Santa Lucia train station is within easy reach of the apartments by water, approximately 45 minutes away by foot. The nearest airport is Marco Polo International Airport on the mainland, with regular waterbuses to the city.
Transportation around Venice is entirely by water or foot. The famous gondolas are mostly used by tourists, with locals preferring to use motorised waterbuses called "vaporetti". Booking Procedure
The San Marco III Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
Please note that there is a 2.8% surcharge for payments made by Visa or Mastercard.
Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15.00 and check-out is by 11.00. Please note that due to local legal requirements, a copy of each guest's passport will be required upon arrival.

San Marco III Apartments accept the following card types: Master Card, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
For stays of 1-3 nights:
Notification of cancellation must be received 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made between 1 and 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to one night's stay.
Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay.
For stays of 4-7 nights:
Notification of cancellation must be received 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made between 1 and 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay.
Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to three nights' stay or 50% of the total cost.
For stays of over 7 nights:
Notification of cancellation must be received 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made between 1 and 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to three nights' stay.
Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to seven nights' stay.
For stays of 1 month and over:
Notification of cancellation must be received 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made between 14 and 5 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to seven nights' stay.
Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to fourteen nights' stay.
Stays during Christmas, New Year and Easter will be subject to a special cancellation policy:
Notification of cancellation must be received 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay.
Rate From is the lowest nightly rate available.
Rate To indicates the highest nightly rate available.
